Q. Is there a minimum order required?
A. Yes, a minimum total of $100 is required for all orders.
Q. Are taxes included in the prices?
A. Yes, no additional taxes will be added to your order.
Q. Is there a charge for delivery?
A. There will be no charge for deliveries made within a 25 mile radius of our Charlotte location. For deliveries outside the 25 mile radius, the delivery charge will be quoted based on the distance.
Q. Can I pick my order up if I prefer?
A. Yes, you may certainly pick your order up at our Charlotte location if you prefer.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. All cancellation requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance of the event. Your initial payment will be reimbursed upon cancellation.
Q. What is your payment policy?
A. 50% of payment is due at the time of ordering and the remaining balance is due 24-48 hours before day of event. Once you place your order online, we will contact you to confirm your order and receive your payment information.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Once your order is placed online, we will contact you to receive your payment information.
Q. Can my payment be made online?
A. At this time we only accept payment by phone. Once your order is placed online, we will contact you to receive your payment information.
Q. Can my order be changed once placed?
A. Limited changes can be made to your order. In order to change your order, you are required to contact us by phone and also send us your request in writing via fax.
Q. How much advance notice is needed prior to my event?
A. Depending on order size, a minimum of 2-5 days advance is required.
Q. What is the difference between your regular and lite meal packages?
A. Lite meals come with diet drink and baked chips.
Q. Can I place my order by phone?
A. You may contact us at our toll free number to place your order if you prefer. Payment information will also be taken at that time.
